Join the 57 local nonprofits that have graduated from the Academy and improved board effectiveness through participation in the highly acclaimed Boards In Action! Leadership Academy.

Strengthen the communication and relationship between the board and CEO.
Promote strategies to involve your board in fundraising.
This program includes:
Participation in innovative, interactive trainings from nationally recognized board governance facilitator Chuck Loring, senior governance consultant with BoardSource.
Up to 20 hours of individualized coaching with leading experts. Creation of a custom board action plan for continuous growth.
Eligibility for a $10,000 Capacity Building grant from the Community Foundation of Broward.
