The range of Fund types offered by the Community Foundation of Broward allows you to customize your giving to fulfill your personal charitable goals. We provide many philanthropic solutions for the causes that matter the most to you.

Administrative Fees of the Foundation

Schedule A

1. The following blended administrative fee schedule applies to Funds:
Annual Administrative Fees
1.50% on first $2 million
1.25% on next $3 million
1.00% on next $5 million
0.5% over $10 million

Agency Endowment Annual Administrative Fee
.75% of the Fund balance

2. Fees are charged quarterly, based on the Fund value at the end of each quarter.

3. Investment management fees charged by our investment managers are currently estimated to be (annually):
Investment Management Fees
85 basis points for Funds in endowed investment pool
20 basis points for Funds in non-endowed pool
