Monroe, retired US Army two-star, has served 35 years on continuous active duty providing dedicated and honorable service to his country as a career logistician. General Monroe is the co-founder of Monroe and Monroe Consulting, a referral-only business focusing on organizational leadership, structure, efficiency, project management and growth.
