Animal Welfare

Former Foster Youth
As foster children turn 18, they are emancipated from the state system and essentially left on their own. For more than 14 years, the Community Foundation has supported programs that help these young adults with education, healthcare, transportation, housing and more. Youth and Families
Some of our communities most vulnerable residents are also the youngest. Close to $900,000 supported numerous programs that did everything from teach children how to swim to supporting grandparents who are now acting as parents to their grandchildren. more....
