POMPANO BEACH, FL — The Crockett Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by former NFL players, Henri Crockett (Minnesota Vikings) and Zack Crockett (Oakland Raiders), presents its first annual “Love for Literacy” Gala.

The 2012 honorees are exceptional individuals who have set the standard in advancing the Crockett Foundation’s mission through civic leadership and charitable contributions. Among this year’s honorees are Linda Carter, Community Foundation of Broward; 

All proceeds from the Gala will go toward funding select middle school students in Broward County with free one-on-one tutoring sessions at Huntington Learning Center in their individual areas of need. More
